• Built and operationalized a B2B content marketing service line from inception to 10+ active clients, contributing to a $500K annual content P&L.
• Developed scalable editorial systems, hiring and training a distributed team of writers and editors to support multi-client delivery at scale.
• Partnered closely with the CEO to define, package, and refine the agency’s B2B content offering, aligning messaging, scope, and deliverables to client growth objectives.

• Contributed to measurable improvements in app adoption and customer engagement through structured onboarding, education, and nurture content.
• Supported revenue expansion efforts by creating vertical-specific messaging designed to increase conversion among high-intent local business audiences.
• Helped strengthen brand positioning and customer retention ahead of Broadly’s acquisition by Vendasta, supporting scalable marketing infrastructure.
